The Eisner Award nominated horror anthology is back and CREEPIER than ever! Skybound and Image Comics revealed the lineup of variant covers and interior pages from Creepshow Vol. 4 #1, the debut issue of the fourth volume of the hugely popular comic book anthology based on Greg Nicotero’s hit Shudder TV series produced and licensed by Evoke Entertainment Company.
As darkness falls, horror season awakens with deadly intent. Creepshow Vol. 4 #1 crawls into comic book shops on September 17, 2025 and will feature stories by the comics talent of Jeremy Adams (Green Lantern) and Eduardo Risso (100 Bullets), as well as the Godzilla: Monster Island Summer Camp team of Rosie Knight and Oliver Ono.
Brian Witten is overseeing on behalf of Nicotero’s Monster Agency Productions.
In the spirit of all iterations of Creepshow in pop culture, every issue of the Creepshow comic series comes packed with two spine-chilling stories from your favorite creators. Each issue of the five-part anthology will feature different creative teams from the worlds of comics, books, film, television, and beyond. Every uniquely horrifying standalone story is guaranteed to SCARE YOU TO DEATH.
In the debut issue of the fourth volume, writer Jeremy Adams and artist Eduardo Risso present the delectable true meanings of “eat the rich” and “till death do us part” in a (definitely) love story gone wrong. Then, writer Rosie Knight and artist Oliver Ono tell a terrifying tale of an aspiring writer on a secret sabbatical with one rule in the house he’s renting: do NOT enter the little house on the property!
In addition to the main cover by Lorenzo De Felici (Void Rivals), Creepshow Vol. 4 #1 comes with a lineup of variant covers, including an open to order cover by Oliver Ono and a 1:10 incentive variant by Jorge Fornés (Rorschach).
Creepshow Volume 4’s superstar creative roster will also include Rachel Pinnelas (DC’s I Know What You Did Last Crisis), Gabriel Walta (Vision), writers Ted Raimi & Tomas Krajewski, Ryan Carr (Archie’s Chilling Adventures Presents…), Alex Paknadel (Cult of the Lamb), Amilcar Pinna (Generation X), Philip Fracassi (Boys in the Valley), Robert Carey (Outsiders), Sina Grace (Detective Comics), Ramon Villalobos (Exit City), and many others to be announced!
Skybound also recently announced Super Creepshow Special #1, an all-new special issue of the line that will feature stories by the all-star superhero comics talent of Eisner Award winner Dan Watters (The One Hand and the Six Fingers) and Carmine Di Giandomenico (Absolute Superman), Ryan Stegman (X-Men) and Riley Rossmo (The Moon Is Following Us, Harley Quinn), and Ed Brisson (Wolverine: Old Man Logan) and Andrei Bressan (The Uncanny X-Men, Dark Ride). Join the Creep in a horrifying celebration of superheroes new, old, and very, very disturbed in what is absolutely the most important comic book of the year when it hits comic book shops on October 8, 2025.
