Marvel Reveals Final Variant Covers And True Believers Blind Bag Exclusive for DNX #1

This September, the X-Men and Fantastic Four join forces to stop the supervillains of 3K from unleashing the X-Virus on humanity in DNX, a five-issue event series from superstar writer Jed MacKay and acclaimed artist Federico Vicentini.

The new mutant milestone is the latest Marvel Comics launch to feature TRUE BELIEVERS BLIND BAGS, special sealed bags that contain exclusive variant covers not available for regular ordering, including rare, one-of-a-kind, hand-drawn sketch covers from surprise contributors.

Following the success of QUEEN IN BLACK #1 TRUE BELIEVERS DISPLAY BOXES, DNX #1 TRUE BELIEVERS DISPLAY BOXES will also be available.

Each box contains 20 copies of DNX #1: 19 TRUE BELIVERS BLIND BAGS plus a sealed, display box-exclusive variant cover by Skottie Young available only in TRUE BELIEVERS DISPLAY BOXES.

The cover is part of a series of five variant covers Young created for DNX #1, all of which are revealed today.

In his signature style, Skottie Young celebrates the latest team-up between Marvel’s First Family and Marvel’s Merry Mutants with a series of delightful character mashup covers!

The cover featuring Cyclops and Mister Fantastic is available for regular ordering

Rounding out the set is a cover featuring both the X-Men’s Beast and 3K’s Beast, A.K.A. the Chairman, which can only be found in DNX #1 TRUE BELIEVERS DISPLAY BOXES

Skottie Young’s covers will continue across the five-issue series, with variant covers for DNX #2-5, bringing the collection to a total of nine covers.

Marvel also released the final True Believer Blind Bag Variant Covers:

Among the covers revealed today are stunning pieces by two of today’s most exciting cover artists, Fanyang and Puppeteer Lee, spotlighting Psylocke, Magik and Invisible Woman. Lee’s cover will be a regular orderable cover while Fanyang’s striking piece will be a True Believers Blind Bag exclusive. Leinil Francis Yu’s X variant cover is also revealed today, a black and white version of which will be a True Believers Blind Bag exclusive.

Additional Blind Bag exclusives revealed include a wraparound cover by illustrator Chris Giarrusso that pays homage to Whilce Portacio’s classic Uncanny X-Men #281 cover, a Marvel Rivals Variant Cover by NetEase Games showcasing Rogue’s iconic Savage South skin from the hit game, and an Animation Variant Cover featuring artwork from Marvel Animation’s X-Men ’97. The latter arrives just ahead of the acclaimed show’s highly anticipated second season, premiering July 1 on Disney+. For collectors, two Blank Variant Covers will also be available, one as a regular open-order edition and the other as True Believers Blind Bag exclusive.

DNX #1 TRUE BELIEVERS BLIND BAGS will only contain exclusive variant covers not available for regular ordering. The main cover and regular open-to-order variant covers cannot be found in True Believers Blind Bags. See below for a list of the exclusive blind bag variant covers.
