Mortal Kombat
It didn’t make me laugh, cry or change my life, but it did make for an enjoyable evening of superpowered death matches.

DetailsThe Nevers
It is refreshing to watch a show that is smart and witty. The women are strong and independent, and not only intelligent, but can kick some ass, as well.
DetailsFalcon and the Winter Soldier
he Falcon and the Winter Soldier is the story of how Sam finds the courage to step into the role, and how Bucky learns to atone for the pain he caused when he was under the control of Hydra.
DetailsGodzilla vs Kong
The very sound of Godzilla’s roar stirs nostalgic feelings of a simpler time in the world. I especially liked when Godzilla was the hero, the protector of the earth.
DetailsInvincible
The animation is reminiscent of old Saturday morning cartoons I use to watch as a kid, mixed with an anime vibe, and the voice cast boasts a wide array of great actors.
DetailsFor decades, women were only in Science Fiction, Horror and Action movies as a device for the hero to spring into action and as an object of sexual desire. Maybe, until the real world finds a balance and unbiased liberation is achieved, Hollywood needs to compensate for a while.

DetailsIf you say Superman villain, there is only one that leaps into view, Lex Luthor, a bald megalomaniac business man, scientist and politician
DetailsDebris
The show felt like a cross between the X-Files and Warehouse 13. Government conspiracies while searching out and neutralizing items of immense power.
DetailsBatwoman
The action is fun, the fight scenes exciting and Javicia’s Ryan Wilder kicks some ass. It is also a plus for me, seeing LGBT characters being highlighted. It is important that we have heroes that aren’t afraid or hiding in the closet. Who, unashamedly, dare to be who they truly are.
DetailsSuperman and Lois
But I wasn’t sure what to expect from a show that focuses more on the home life of Clark and Lois as parents to twin teenage boys. All I can say, is I really enjoyed it.
