Total geek from Aliens to X-Men. From early on I've been a huge fan of writers such as Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, Clive Barker and Dean Koontz, also other horror and sci-fi authors. Started reading and collecting comics in my 20's and began with Excalibur and swiftly followed with all things X-Men. This branched out into movie and tv led comics as well as several indie titles.
Since the 80’s comics have always been at the forefront when it comes to public awareness campaigns. From drug addiction, bullying, famine, animal welfare to such horrific events as 9-11 the industry has never faltered in shining a spotlight on these heartfelt and often tragic issues. And now some of our greatest creative minds are contributing to this deeply emotive subject in a project created to not only raise awareness of the plight of the victims of the Las Vegas shooting but also raise funds for its survivors and families.
