This alienating pressure doesn’t intimidate Essex and continues to push her forward. Thompson is able to use scene placement and dialogue to where there never feels like a dull moment in this issue.
Carey adds a fun flow of lettering to this issue with Thompson’s words. It’s exciting seeing the alteration of the dialogue during moments when characters are talking through a hologram.
