Will Ant-Man and the Wasp still want to leave the Microverse when they are offered everything they ever wanted?

What You Need to Know:
Ant-Man and the Wasp have been trapped in the Microverse and have been jumping from problem to problem on their journey to get back to Earth. The latest cliffhanger had Scott appearing to have been turned into a negative version of himself.
What You Will Find Out:
When this issue picks up, Ant-Man sees the Wasp appearing to be in a negative state, and vice versa. Nadia figures out that they have become quarks. When quarks become excited they shift back and forth between states of energy. Dalen suggests that all they need to do is touch to reverse the effects. Nadia worries that Scott might have become antimatter and if she touches him it will kill them all. Dalen points out that Nadia had seen his future in her quantum state and they should be fine. The Wasp touches Ant-Man and there is a big explosion of light.
They awake to find themselves back on Earth. Scott is extremely happy. Nadia theorizes that quantum entanglement brought them home. They were drawn to the skin cells and such that they had left behind on Earth. The people in the park start to freak out about Dalen’s appearance and they decide to leave. The Wasp goes home to figure out the exact science of what had happened to them. Ant-Man takes Dalen with him and goes to find Cassie, his daughter.
When Nadia gets back to her lab she is greeted by a surprise figure, her father, Henry Pym. Scott finds Cassie at a mall parking lot and is surprised because he finds out that he has become very popular. He is excited because he has made it home in time for Cassie’s birthday. Dalen’s appearance scares some people and they run. Ant-Man stops and picks up a wallet one of them dropped. He looks in the wallet to find out who the owner was and is shocked when he sees his face on the money. He also sees “Antlandia” on someone’s license plate. He knows something is wrong, so he and Dalen head to Nadia’s lab.
When Scott and Dalen arrive, they find Nadia telling Pym about all her accomplishments since coming to America. Scott tells her she knows something is wrong because she is more intelligent than him. He asks why she is listing her accomplishments to the fake Pym. She tells Scott that she just wanted her dad to love her. Ant-Man hugs her and tells her that a real father would love her and not just because of her accomplishments. They realize they are not really on Earth. Pym splits into multiple Pyms to try to prevent Scott, Nadia, and Dalen from leaving. Dalen figures out that they are stuck in a lonely particle that wanted to entangle with them. He offers to stay with the particle so that Ant-Man and the Wasp can get home. They refuse to leave him behind. They grab Dalen and start to grow their way out. When they eventually stop growing they find themselves by an Earth the size of a basketball.
What Just Happened:
This issue dealt with desires. Scott wanted to be with his daughter on her birthday. He also wanted more respect as a hero. Nadia just wanted to know Henry Pym, her father, and for him to love her. Nadia is so capable, it is sometimes easy to forget that she is a teenager. Waid does a wonderful job writing the two main characters. Scott is funny and caring. Nadia is brilliant and hopeful. The character of Dalen was a great addition to this series. I love his design. The art team is still doing a fantastic job. This is one of the most eye-catching series I have read lately.

Final Thoughts:
This issue was fantastic and I was hard pressed to find any fault with it. So I gave it a perfect score. I really wish this series wasn’t a mini.
