Review

Wow.

I went into this book not knowing much, and I’m glad that I did. This was such an enjoyable book. Writers Tim Seeley & Sarah Beattie take a great concept and flush it out into a fantastic script. One that’s innovative, meaty AND bouncy at the same time. We not only get some great character introductions and development, but we also get a very satisfying first issue as well. I cannot WAIT for the next issue to come out to see what happens to these interesting characters and their very entertaining situation.

Luckily, I was able to find a page with no dialogue so that I’m able to show you how incredible Rebekah Isaacs’ art is. On this page alone, she makes what could be an “ordinary” page look super engrossing. There’s a lot of sci-fi tech in the book and Isaacs makes it look both believable and unique to this universe. She also designs some pretty cool looking aliens and otherworldly landscapes. This is definitely a home run for Isaacs.

Final Thoughts

I really wish that I could've given a little more detail when it came to story on this book, but I really don't want to spoil anything, not even in the slightest. Trust me when I say that this book is absolutely worth the time and money. Also, if you're under 18 don't even think about touching this book!!
