Avengers #32: A Fish-man, a Vampire, and a Bear Walk Into a Bar…

By Matt MeyerMarch 13, 2020

Avengers #32 (Aaron, McGuinness, Manna) lines up a frighteningly stacked bunch of seemingly-disconnected bad guys, all of whom are being manipulated by someone far, far worse than them. Although it’ll never be accused of being the brainiest comic around, this run is good, solid superhero antics from front to back.

Grimm Fairy Tales #36: Frog-Kabobs

By Guest AuthorMarch 13, 2020

Grimm Fairy Tales #36

Grimm Fairy Tales #36 (Franchini, Abrera, Cortes, Esposito) might not be the most impactful in the Odyssey arc, but it sure is a lot of fun to watch Skye in her element as the Guardian of the Nexus. Fans will certainly enjoy this one.

By Duna HallerMarch 12, 2020

Ghosted in L.A. #9

Ghosted in L.A. #9 (Grace, Keeny, Le) rounds up a dark and plot-centered issue. The melodrama and emotional dialogues are still here, but they give more space to some final revelations that leave us expecting the next issue.

Batman and the Outsiders #11: Next Time On…

By Kevin RossiMarch 12, 2020

Batman and the Outsiders #11

Batman and the Outsiders #11 (Hill, Soy, Gandini) is a visually pleasing issue with some fun action but held back by some choppy dialogue. Though not the strongest issue in the series, it contains enough to keep the reader interested in what is to come.

Harley Quinn #71: Jus’ Th’ Answer I Wuz Lookin’ Fer…

By Guest AuthorMarch 11, 2020

Harley Quinn #71

Harley Quinn #71 (Humphries, Basri, Hi-Fi, Sharpe) is a wonderfully complex look at how Harley struggles to cope internally with her oftentimes emotionally shocking life, all packaged in within a wildly whimsical and chaotic story. This is classic Harley in the making!

By Cody WhiteMarch 11, 2020

The Green Lantern Season 2 #2
