Power Rangers Ulimited Hyperforce #1

Recap

Review
Oh man, this Mistress Vile gets worse and worse the more we learn about her. But this issue is not about her. This is about Hyperforce Rangers, about family, mistakes, regrets, and figuring out how to save the universe and the Morphin grid. It continued the Hyperforce series while also doing a great job of introducing new readers to these intriguing characters.
This even fits in with the rest of the current Power Ranger continuity, though it is unclear how the work of Hyperforce Rangers will fit into the grand design.
All the characters’ personalities and insecurities, particularly the Pink and Yellow Rangers, are at the front of the story, which sees the rangers reuniting while dealing with past hurts and new challenges. It was a refreshing distraction from what was going on in the main Power Rangers comic while keeping in continuity. The characters are original and new, and audiences will enjoy the character dynamics, inspiring them to read up more about these rangers.
The characters are interesting and engaging for first-time readers, and the art and design really make each character stand out and stand strong. Without getting too much into spoiler territory, the story is one part silly and three parts intense and devastating, making it a great read.
Final Thoughts
Power Ranger fans and new fans will enjoy the issue.
