What You Need to Know:
This work more like a visual play than a comic plot, so I will do my best, but I highly recommend that you pick up the comic to see the accompanying visuals.
Batman and Catwoman are getting married. This is a story of their meetings throughout the ages and will show the progression of their relationship in different time periods.

What You’ll Find Out:
While Batman Sleeps, Catwoman slinks away to play a little. She breaks into a fancy Bridal Gown shop via the sewer and a small explosive.
What Just Happened?
Catwoman is restless and has no time for wedding shopping. Fresh from the Poison Ivy caper, where the entire world was taken over by Ivy, she has had no time to shop. She decides to take this opportunity to look for a dress. She tries on a few, and throws her sewage-filled boots on the floor, as she breaks into the Champagne safe in the store.
She decides on a classic Black and white dress. Perhaps indicative of her balance between the two sides of justice.
She silently slinks back in after a few hours of trouble at the Bridal store, caught by Alfred she simply asks him to “shhhhh”. He smiles, as he knows that she is a troublemaker, but the true equal to his Master Bruce. She slips back into bed next to a still slumbering Bruce Wayne, who has never slept so well in all his years. The purrfect Crime

Final Thought:
This is a story very similar to the Batman Annual #2 that was released late last year. It is a story that showcases the various costume changes through the history of Batman and Catwoman’s relationship, and the changes that have brought them together. These are great yet simple stories, not so much pertaining to Batman the Detective, mentor, or Superhero, but speaking to his personal relationships with the woman he loves, and finding himself after all of these years. Great stuff! I say it a lot but Tom King’s voice is the best incarnation since Batman the Animated series.
