Barry and Iris join forces with Psych in order to obtain information from Roulette but things go sideways when they are *shockingly* betrayed by Psych!
As Barry attempts to rehabilitate Psych after the raid on Roulette's casino, Psych betrays our duo once again, revealing the puppet masters behind the scheme to be *gasp* Gemini. Gemini regales the reader with an origin story rooted in using the Forces to obtain immortality before preparing to feed on both Barry and Psych.
Review
There comes a point in most runs where even the most ardent fans can’t help but wonder when the time for a change in creative team will come. Once again, we see Commander Cold speak in vagaries about what he sees, setting up a later story with the speed of paint drying. Barry continues to be hopeful and yet also filled with self-pity. Iris continues to be the hero of the day, the star of the show, yet relegated to the background by Barry.
Christian Duce also continues to bring a fresh, clean look to the Scarlet Speedster, however, in the lone real bright spot this issue.
