Oya can barely keep his hands off Yuri regularly but is now dosed with an aphrodisiac. The reunion is going to be interesting. As they embrace one another, the passion escalates and gets intense. The intimacy and heat cover the two, encompassing everything they do and say. Yuri has never felt closer to Oya. Unfortunately, in such a passionate encounter, Oya forgets himself and leaves bruising on Yuri.

Moving along, Yuri can’t remember a time she was happier, and she swears to do everything in her power to keep Oya happy as long as she can. They have a grand time at his birthday party as she watches Oya out-drink, all of his employees and she becomes baffled. Oya is a HEAVY drinker, which honestly sounds about right. But then, out of nowhere, Oya is attacked at his birthday party and is now in surgery. Unfortunately, Oya may not make it. Yuri is beside herself and can’t keep still. Will Oya survive?

I love this story so much! Nozomi Mino is probably in my top five favorite Manga writers currently. Mino has grasped a love story between a ruthless Yakuza Underboss and a young college girl and given everyone the true love feels. Yuri isn’t just some escort or concubine. She is Oya’s love, and no one can touch or even look at her the wrong way. Yuri is infatuated with Oya, not his job or the Yakuza, just Oya. What a true love story! I get the feels every time I read one of these books.

The artwork is stunning, from the different covers and the glitter and glow of Yuri every time Oya looks at her. Incredible, absolutely stunning work. I loved this book and the turmoil the couple faced.
