THE OR161N OF (NON MUTANT) XPECIES – PART 2

There are of course more than just the main group of X-Men that bear the mark of X in one form or another. The government sanctioned team that became a detective agency. The junior school recruits who grew into teen paramilitary soldiers and another team bearing the same name acting as either black ops wet-works or Storm’s rescue team. British offshoots and even relief teams and future police forces.

As we have already seen with the 17 examples already listed who go to make up the varied characters within the foundations of the Children of the Atom, there are more than just mutants that make up the family X. And with Deathlok joining the new X-Force line-up, what better time to throw the spotlight on the rest of the non mutant members of the x-tended family. So here they are, a staggering 44 others from the offshoot teams. Still proving that mutant/human co-existence really can and does work.

And so, if you think it just takes an x-gene to be part of Xavier’s bunch, think again. Human, human mutate, alien, gene spliced hybrid, cyborg, magical, it doesn’t matter. As long as you vow to further the cause of human/mutant relations, all can join. But what of those who haven’t joined an X-team but have in some way contributed to the rich tapestry that is Xavier’s Dream? Well make sure and be back soon, as their time will come too….
