Unlike Attack of the Clones, though, this one completed its task. Granted, the entire prequel trilogy catches a lot of hate, but when people do take the time to discuss the merits of this entry separately, it is often spoken of as the decent movie that it is.

Are the clone troopers perfect? No. In fact, I would venture to say that nothing in Star Wars is truly perfect (except for—and I cannot emphasize this enough—the beautiful, beautiful Ewan McGregor). But when it comes to wartime themes, a focus on the necessity of humanity is about as perfect as it gets.

Attack of the Clones moves slowly till about the last half hour when it speeds up tremendously on the action. During that slow time, however, it fixed many issues left from the first movie.
