Dark Horse and Jinxworld announce the next title for the imprint, Masterpiece, which will feature a script from Brian Michael Bendis and illustrations by Alex Maleev. Colorist Ian Herring and letterer Josh Reed round out the creative team for the action/crime series launching this December. The book follows a brilliant 16-year-old as she learns she’s the daughter of the world’s most dangerous master criminal. The secret is revealed by a billionaire that’s been swindled out of money by Masterpiece’s parents, and they expect the teen girl to execute a perfect heist to pay the debts back.
Maleev will also provide the main covers for the series, while artists Tula Lotay and Peach Momoko illustrate variant covers for the issue. The main cover and those two variants can be seen below:
