Aquaman Making a Splash in…

Aquaman made its official debut on December 21st, 2018, although some lucky prime amazon members were able to see the movie on December 15th. Since it’s official debut, Aquaman has been dominating the box offices as it takes number one for the second week in a row.

By the numbers, Aquaman has surpassed DC movies Justice League and Suicide Squad, making 748.8 million worldwide thus far. It has also made more than Marvel’s Doctor Strange, Fox’s X-Men Apocalypse, and more recently Disney’s Mary Poppin’s.

The big question left is, will Aquaman be able to hold strong and beat the 1 billion dollar sign? January is historically considered “soft” for movie blockbuster releases.

Aquaman may be the hit that DC needs to turn around its movie universe!

Growing up I moved around a lot for one reason or another, I never stayed in one school for more than a year. Although I made friends easy I always had to start over.
