A new day dawns for Blüdhaven after Nightwing cleaned up corruption in the city and defeated Heartless (who had in turn, killed Blockbuster and taken control of his organization) in the previous arc.
Dick and Barbara are in a good place and Bitewing even survived the fight, but nothing good ever lasts forever in the life of the extended Batfamily.
