Hot on the heels of C.B Cebulski’s mysterious tweets regarding big news from the house of ideas this week, information has emerged that points to some big names teaming up to write for the house of ideas in August.
Earlier in the week Marvel’s current editor in Chief tweeted this announcement:
Excited for the week ahead! Big BIG @Marvel news coming. I know you hear that a lot, but it's not hyperbole in this case. Keep your eyes and ears open, True Believers!

He followed it up with this yesterday seeming to indicate that the answers would be in the pages of today’s new Marvel Comics:
Be sure to read every page of every new Marvel comic tomorrow, folks! #looktothebooks #makingalist #ncbd #marvelcomics

It’s now emerged that several page adverts teasing big name team up’s are being teased across the Marvel line in today’s issues and it is quite a list so far (we not sure if there will be more) and thanks to the industrious @Lodix1 on twitter here they all are in one image:

It’s certainly a distinguished list which includes the legendary George Perez, Walter Simonson, and J. Michael Straczynski to name just a few. Cebulski also earlier in the week about the last comic to sell a million units being Star Wars #1 more than five years ago and that he had an idea to repeat that success:
The last comic to sell a million copies was Star Wars #1. Which was almost five years ago. I feel it's about time we publish another title that sells over seven figures. And I think I have an idea…

Could this teased creative line up be part of that idea or are they separate things? At this point it’s unknown. This writers personal opinion is that these are a series of one-shots to commemorate Marvel’s 80th Anniversary but it would be quite an achievement to have the assembly of talent all contribute to a single comic book though that seems highly unlikely.
It is worth noting that there is not a single female writing contributor in that list above which is definitely cause for concern and we are actually hoping we have missed something.
