Finch is a mobile self-care app that believes self-care shouldn’t be a luxury or a last resort — it should be a natural, joyful part of everyday life.
The company’s mission statement sets forth:
Too often, self-care is seen as selfish, indulgent, or something you only turn to when things feel overwhelming. The world constantly tells us to put others first, to push through, to keep going even when we’re running on empty. But Finch here to change that.
The goal of the Finch app is to make self-care feel accessible, proactive, and fun. That means no guilt, no pressure — just small, meaningful steps that help you take care of yourself in a way that works for the individual.
Whether it’s getting out of bed, drinking water, taking a deep breath, or reaching out to a friend, every act of self-care matters. Over time, these small habits build confidence, resilience, and real change. And as you grow, Finch grows with you — supporting your goals, celebrating your progress, and helping you thrive in all areas of life.
When people take care of themselves, they feel better, show up better, and create a ripple effect of kindness and care.
Ahead of DC Studios’ Supergirl, Finch is launching its first-ever IP collaboration with a month-long in-app experience beginning June 1.

The takeover brings the world of Supergirl into Finch in a highly interactive way, letting users unlock Supergirl-inspired outfits for their in-app bird companion (“birb”), transform their birbhouse into Kara’s bedroom, adopt Krypto as a micropet companion, and explore a new galactic-themed location inspired by the film.

The collaboration is rooted in the idea that even the strongest heroes carry unseen responsibilities, and encourages users to build small daily habits that help them recharge and show up for others — from gratitude check-ins to simple self-care goals inside the app.
