Drumsticks of Doom: Band on the Silver Mountain #1 of 3
Drumsticks of Doom is back in a brand new mini-series! (with all previous issues)!
When Black Sabbath (not the Beatles) became the world’s most famous band, the universe was changed, musically and otherwise. Lost arts, like Alchemy, were made common, schools taught about transfiguration and alternate science, Demons were summoned and some stuck around.
Lana LOVES music. She has played in bands all through high school and now, in college, she still plays in her ex’s fledgling metal band. She’s convinced their drummer to play her indie songs in secret. She’s finishing up the best practice yet when they are drawn into a spiritual battle to keep metal on the top of the charts.
The first miniseries was a wild ride of Daywolves, Metal Cults and hybrid creatures.
The new 3-issue mini-series has Lana and the crew taking the next step in their music journey as they head to The Silver Mountain to record their first album. Their private recording session isn’t so private when chacters new and old start trying to get in on the tracks.

Jim Starlin’s BREED Omnibus
He has taken you to the stars and beyond, now Jim Starlin takes you to Hell. Half man/half demon Ray Stoner’s journey of discovery in learning more about his demonic heritage takes him through a Shaolin temple in Tibet in the mid seventies, fighting alongside Central American rebels in the eighties, encountering guest stars from across the Starlin-verse like Dreadstar, Oedi, Wyrd and Kid Kosmos, and confronting a mystical ‘Breed’ and his ‘Fathers’, who have dark designs for Earth.
Breed, like Dreadstar, came to being during a wildly transitory period in the comic book business: computers were getting added to the mix. With Dreadstar’s start we suddenly got double the number of colors we could use in a book, including never-before-available shades of gray. By the time I started laboring away on ‘Breed the computers had taken over completely on both the lettering and the coloring. Now an infinite number of hues could be utilized. I started using the computer to write Dreadstar halfway through its initial run, the scripts being handwritten before then.
But the drawing, for me, remained analog, as it does to this day. Looking back at ‘Breed is a real pleasure. I think I did some of my best ink work on that initial ‘Breed run. Having just recently reread the series, I’m still proud of the story. Even decades later I find it engaging and Raymond Stoner’s tale fascinating. I’m so pleased that we can now offer his journey to a new generation of readers and give the old fans a fancy omnibus edition to put on the ol’ bookshelf.”

Transphoria: A Trans & Non-Binary Comic Book Anthology
A 90 page graphic novel anthology about Trans and Non Binary experiences of gender euphoria across a wide range of genres.
The Editorial Team for Transphoria is led by Daniel Falco. As a trans creator himself – and an avid consumer of trans media – Daniel wanted to lead this project to bring trans and nonbinary stories to the forefront. These voices rarely receive the representation and attention they deserve. We know there’s an expansive spectrum of stories to be told, identities to be seen, and endless potential for what queer creators can accomplish. That was why we wanted to bring these writers and artists together to create this anthology. There’s no one way or wrong way to be trans and we’re here to tell all kinds of stories in all kinds of genres – from autobiographies and romances to supernatural and science fiction, trans rep matters!

The Hollowed Night #1: a Victorian horror comic book
A vampire, a witch and a werewolf conspire to kill a powerful monster hunter in this series by Son M. and illustrated by Lady Santos.
In a foggy city, a vampire spawn, a werewolf and a dark witch conspire to kill the most powerful monster hunter of their time… and get revenge for all those they lost.
Lorne, Naenia and Sirius are all supernatural creatures within the dark city of Sleepless Harrow. Coming from different walks of life, the three beings found each other over the course of their clans constantly running and escaping from Viktor Hellblade, a monster hunter notoriously known for his cruelty.
On the night of the blood moon, Hellblade manages to murder all of Lorne’s clan, including his Vampire Master, leaving him unable to transform into a full vampire, nor able to die as a human. Desperate to escape this horrifying life and his anger, Lorne recruits the bartender Sirius, a lone werewolf from a scattered family, and Naenia, a dark witch who is the last of her coven, to enact revenge. None of their masters could kill Hellblade, but also, none of their masters ever worked together.
The comic book will contain 24 pages of color comics in English, 17x24cm in size, with a saddle-stitch binding and a soft cover. Given the strong themes and the depiction of violence and blood, the book is rated 16+.

Cthulhu is Hard to Spell is an anthology series steeped in the mythology and gods of Lovecraft. The stories inside its pages follow the spirit of Lovecraft, but sometimes stray from the tone of Lovecraftian horror, too! Sure, some of the stories in this book are Lovecraftian in nature down to their very core, but there are also funny stories, cute stories, fantasy stories, sci-fi stories, and much, much more that build on the Lovecraftian mythos.
We loved Lovecraft even before we knew his name. His lore permeated every inch of our childhood. We didn’t know, for instance, that H. P. Lovecraft was the mind behind the Necronomicon when we watched Evil Dead. We didn’t know he was the grandfather of psychological horror as we binged In the Mouth of Madness, Jacob’s Ladder, Aliens, and dozens of other terrifying movies in our youth. However, the older we got, the more we grew to appreciate the warped mind behind some of our all-time favorite things, and we wanted to create something that could show that love, WITH people who loved Lovecraft, made FOR people who loved Lovecraft. And Cthulhu is Hard to Spell is the result of that process.
Best of all, this anthology is ALL AGES APPROPRIATE. These aren’t stories made for children, necessarily, at least not all of them, but we toned down the cursing (there is none), the violence (there is no blood), and there was never any sex, to make sure you could show it to your child, even if they won’t understand it all. THE CRYOS
A punk rock no-wave sci-fi comic book about band life, retro time machines, and an ’80s vision of the future.
When Ana Droid and her no-wave punk band find H.G. Wells’ Time Machine in the basement of a London club that used to be a pickle factory, they leave 1982 behind and travel 1000 years into the future, where they must choose sides in the bi-oid revolution against uber-rich tech magnate Arthur Hawkes.
The Cryos is a no-wave sci-fi time travel comic book series told across a 5-issue arc. With this campaign, our goal is to raise funding to complete production and print the first 34-page issue of the story. Beyond that, our hope is that the project’s success will allow us to immediately continue production on future issues of the comic book!
This is a years-long passion project for everyone involved. It’s dedicated to visionaries Poly Styrene and Lora Logic of X-Ray Spex (and Essential Logic!) who created truly thought-provoking, perspective-shifting, and mind-expanding art. We’re asking that you join us in making this comic book series a reality.
