Gang War Comes to a Conclusion in the Previews for AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #44, MILES MORALES: SPIDER-MAN #17

This Week with the Webheads:

The Amazing Spider-Man #44

The Gang War reaches its conclusion as Spider-Man and the street-level heroes prepare to stop Madame Mask at all costs. Randy Robertson is still in the hospital, Tombstone has betrayed his daughter, Janice, to step up and take the throne of NYC’s underworld, and Mask still has one last trick up her sleeve. Whatever the outcome, Marvel is teasing some upheavals on the street-level side of things, starting with the laws on vigilantes.

Miles Morales: Spider-Man #17

Miles Morales made it out of “Gang War” in mostly one piece, after facing down dangerous threats like the Hobgoblin and the return of Rabble. Now, he’s trying to catch up with everything else in his life while still avoiding the cop’s out to get him, interning with Misty Knight, and maintaining his relationship with Starling. Instead of a nice, relaxing weekend, a new villain sets their sights on him, promising more drama and action.
