Ghost Machine Announces Two New Series – Sisterhood: A Hyde Street Story, First Ghost at ComicsPRO 2025

Ghost Machine announced two new titles during this year’s ComicsPro, Sisterhood: A Hyde Street Story and First Ghost, the first present day title in the Unnamed Universe arm of the publishing line. First Ghost, which will be written by Brad Meltzer and Geoff Johns with art by Gene Ha, follows as a new president and his son move into the White House.

Meltzer discussed the inspiration for the series, stating:

“Geoff and I have been planning this for years. It’s a dream come true to work with friends and creative titans like Geoff and Gene. Comic books are one of my first creative loves and I’m thrilled to be part of Ghost Machine, where we can create stories that we’re all invested in.”

On the horror side of the imprint, Sisterhood spins out of Hyde Street #5. Writer Maytal Zchut and the newest Ghost Machine exclusive artist Leila Leiz tackles the story of codependency set in the world of college sororities. The duo previously worked together  on It Happened on Hyde Street: Devour, which played in a similar vein of psychological horror.

Leiz discussed working with Ghost Machine, stating:

“Maytal and I had so much fun working together on DEVOUR that we knew we wanted to tell another story together. When Maytal pitched me the story for SISTERHOOD, I immediately said yes. And when Ghost Machine offered me a chance to work with them on an exclusive basis, it was another easy answer for me.”

The cover for Sisterhood can be seen below.
