This week, the extended Batfamily’s adventures include:

NIGHTWING #104

The conclusion of the current Nightwing arc will see if a magically powered Dick Grayson and the Titans can save the soul of Olivia (Blockbuster’s daughter). Nightwing has tried to stop Neron from taking the soul at every turn, building off stories from the previous arcs to build up to this clash while reinforcing Grayson’s status as leader of the superteam and passionate supporter of helping orphans.

Nightwing #104

Nightwing and the Titans realize the only way to save Olivia is to…go to hell! Seeing how ineffective his punching was when he last confronted Neron’s demons, Nightwing is temporarily powered up by magic in order to make it through the depths of hell alive…literally. Then, in the backup: Nightwing and Jon Kent find an important clue as to who’s behind the circus murders, and that person may be connected to Dick Grayson…

TIM DRAKE: ROBIN #9

After Kate Kane’s Batwoman appeared on Robin’s doorstep with bloody hands and memory loss, a new dynamic duo joined to solve the mystery. Robin gets to fulfill the role for a different Bat-character as he helps keep Kane centered, who’s thrown off her game because of the selective amnesia. The two are at the mercy of the upper levels of the Chaos Monsters, who claimed Batwoman is a child killer while new hero Sparrow bleeds out from a knife wound.

HARLEY QUINN #30

Harley Quinn continues to learn about a multiversal threat she caused by accident, and according to obscure alternate characters, will result in calamity. It’s just one more problem on her plate, along with Two Face’s grudge against her and having to teach at Gotham City College for community service. Her hyenas revealed more secrets, including the fate of the Zoo Crew, as the plotlines begin to converge in this issue.

Harley Quinn #30

Here I am in the midst of a veritable midlife extradimensional existential crisis of epic proportions, and if that’s not bad enough…I got a giant, bloodthirsty, killer anthropo-whatsit rabbit man with a big ol’ carrot-shaped axe to grind after me. Good thing I got my hyena spiritual advisors, Bud and Lou, to guide me on this fiendish foray into a frenzy of ferocious furballs. Plus: the introduction of my very own cosmic workout gear that is in no way an infringement on the Flash’s intellectual property. Also, in this month’s In-Continuity Dreams of Harley Quinn, we’ve cooked up a real doozy for ya! It’s got swords, armor, fair maidens, and more side quests than you can shake your tuchus at!
