Flashback to the early days of Groot as he and his friends are abducted by the Spoilers and taken away from Planet X. It’s only thanks to a young, rookie Kree soldier, Mar-Vell, that the trio are freed and returned to Planet X so that the Kree warriors can scout the planet and determine if it fits in with the rest of the empire.
