Two months after its theatrical release Deadpool 2 will be heading to SDCC for a panel and special screening.
Details as to who will be appearing at the panel have not been revealed however Rob Liefeld Deadpool’s creator posted this a short while on Instagram…
That’s a pretty clear indication fans will be getting an extended or uncut version of the ‘Merc with a mouth’s’ latest cinematic outing in a screening that will take place in the evening at the Horton Grand Theatre. This will be after the panel that will take place July 21st in Hall H late Saturday afternoon.
The following is taken off the SDCC website regarding both the panel and the screening:
Prepare for the ultimate superhero landing as Deadpool and pals drop into Hall H for an hour of maximum effort. Expect dirty jokes, broken fourth walls, maybe some spandex, and real, live unicorns!* *Panel may not actually include mythical creatures.
Deadpool is bringing a little something special to Comic-Con. Be the first to see a special screening of Deadpool 2 and maybe some surprises. Deadpool costumes are encouraged, but not required, but give it your maximum effort.
It will be interesting to see what those surprises will be…
SDCC takes place July 19-21
As always we will be watching…
