FIRST WATCH: Fans Validate Image Comic’s Debut Issue of Ice Cream Man is not going to Melt Anytime Soon!

Ice, Ice, Baby! Ice Cream Man proves to be more than just a one hit wonder. Image comics ecstatically announces that the debut issue of W. Maxwell Prince (ONE WEEK IN THE LIBRARY) and Martin Morazzo’s (SNOWFALL) genre-defying anthology series ICE CREAM MAN is being sent back to print on the day of release due to overwhelming customer demand.

Each installment of ICE CREAM MAN features its own cast of bizarre characters, each enduring a double scoop of despair. And on the brink of each character, like the familiar twinkly music distorting the air around his colorful truck is the Ice Cream Man: a fabricator of stories, a curator of caramel drizzled cones. The man who, within a blink of an eye— more unexpectedly than brain freeze—can shift the events of your life forever.

“I felt like I was reading Willy Wonka meets The Howling, which would honestly be one of the most epic mashups in comics.” —Horror News Network

“Prince is fast building an unusual resume in comics, and Morazzo’s style recalls the precise line work of greats like Frank Quitely. You’ll never look at ice cream trucks the same way after this one.” —Paste Magazine

ICE CREAM MAN #1 will remain available for purchase across all digital platforms, including the Image Comics website (imagecomics.com), the official Image Comics iOS app, Comixology’s website (comixology.com), iOS, Android, and Google Play.

ICE CREAM MAN #1, 2nd printing (Diamond code: DEC178074 ) will be available Wednesday, February 14th. The final order cutoff deadline for comics retailers Monday, January 22nd.
