Image’s Dead Rabbit could be in some hot stew as it is being reported that Image Comic’s and Forbidden Planet are being sued for 2 million dollars over Dead Rabbit trademark.
Dead Rabbit is a new book published by Image by Gerry Duggan and John McCrea, only two issues are out at press time. New York Bar called Dead Rabbit whom also published it’s own comic book/menu is asking for 2 million dollars.
It’s being reported that Image was issued a Mandatory Product recall. October 22nd, Image Comics received a cease and desist letter. However, Dead Rabbit 2 was published on November 7th. Comixology did take the series off their online store.
