Skybound and Image Comics revealed the first look at the upcoming Transformers #6, the finale of writer/artist Daniel Warren Johnson’s first arc. Johnson, joined by colorist Mike Spicer and letterer Rus Wooton, brings the opening story to a close with plenty of action and emotion this March. The Autobots and Decepticons on earth finally clash and the press release promises a death by the end of the fight. Transformers #6 also marks an artistic change-up, as Johnson switches to just writing duties as Jorge Corona joins the title.
Alongside Johnson and Spicer’s main cover and interiors, Skybound also shared a look at the book’s variants. This includes illustrations from André Lima Araújo, Orlando Arocena, Eric Canete, and Joe Quinones, all of which can be seen below.
