Titan Comics announces a new graphic novel from actor Jamie Lee Curtis, Mother Nature. The debut novel, which released August 8, features a script from Curtis and Russell Goldman with interior and cover art from Karl Stevens. The book follows as a young woman wages war against an oil company that may have caused the death of her father.
In the press release, Jamie Lee Curtis discussed her inspiration for the book:
“I first thought about this story when I was 19 years old. I’ve always been aware of the very unbalanced relationship between humans and nature, and even though I was young, I always knew that, inevitably, nature would win.”
Titan also shared a first look at the comic, alongside its cover before the release next week.
Mother Nature will be available from comic shops, book stores and digital devices from August 8, 2023.
