Porkchop Robot Killer #1
Isolated in a dystopic wasteland, overrun by AI-driven robots, a lone pig is on a quest to smash them all!
Funding Goal: $3,000
Days Left: 26
Porkchop Robot Killer #1 is a 32 page, full color, special edition comic created by Tony Gregori (The Worst Dudes, TMNT, Deuce Of Hearts, Ancient Noise).
Originally inspired to honor a familial patriarch, Dominic “Porkchop” Gregori, Sr., the concept emerged from the sketchbook of a man sitting in a laundromat, doodling washer and dryers, thinking of odd combinations of appliances to source robot parts from, and the best possible creature to destroy them. A love of pigs, and especially talking pigs, lead to the birth of our heroic ham, PCRK!

People across North America and Europe are contracting the deadly G+ Virus, an STD that gives them weird abilities and six months to live. What can they do in the time they’ve got left? That’s the dilemma facing Verity, a frustrated artist, Weasel, a burned-out rock singer, and Monty, an insane movie star.
The more creative they get the more dangerous they become – because G+ is a virus that turns artists into gods, leading to an epic confrontation between our protagonists.
The series is wild, dark, and blackly funny, for mature readers. Each book continues on from the last and provides a satisfying story in its own right. You can start with any book or get the whole set, with the artbook adding the latest amazing artwork from series co-creator Monty Nero. It’s a deep, thrilling, intricately plotted series infused with fear and mystery that rewards repeat reading. Like all the best comics it features characters who feel touchingly real leading incredible lives we can only dream of.
If you’re into Akira, William Gibson or Grant Morrison and detailed atmospheric art then you’ll love this series, with Death Sentence hailed as timeless comic art and writing. It has been favorably compared to the greatest graphic novels ever made, with some of the best art and most addictive storytelling ever.
This is the perfect time to get the entire epic story, a decade in the making, and explore the fresh vision in the new artbook!

Gavin Shaw is a Blerd. He loves anime, reads comics, fanboys over superhero culture, plays Minecraft, and is rarely seen without his equally nerdy besties Ryan and Dex. In the streets of Apollo Bay, blerds are considered soft and are guaranteed to get no respect. In a city where respect is the currency for survival, you triple your odds of being a target.
At the same time, Gavin has deep roots in the criminal underworld of Apollo Bay. On a DNA level. He’s had a disproportionate amount of exposure to the ravages of that lifestyle and watched the people he cared about be systematically eviscerated. Raised with a strong moral code by his kind-hearted father, Gavin has a certain sensitivity to the suffering of others struggling to survive in his community. A community that seems invisible to the rest of the world.

BIG Big Bang Comics!
A treasury-sized 40th Anniversary Anthology Tribute to Big Bang Comics!
Funding Goal: $10,000
Days Left: 5
Michael Fitzgerald Troy, Pop Art Comics, and Cosmic Lion Productions Present the very FIRST Big Bang Comics Kickstarter. In conjunction with Gary Carlson and Big Bang Comics- “BIG Big Bang Comics” is an over-sized treasury, anthology, and pop art tribute to one of the longest running indie comic publishers still in the business after a lucrative 40 year run.
Gary Carlson started self-publishing Megaton Comics some 40 yrs ago managing to publish what would amount to 8, 64 Page Annual Anthologies over roughly a decade. Gary would create, co-create and/or write many iconic characters and storylines over the course of the series. Introducing the comic book world to memorbale characters like Megaton, Vanguard and Berzerker! (The Latter of which would enjoy his own 6-issue mini-series during Gary’s time with Calibre Press). Carlson’s keen eye for recognizing young talent helped spawn the careers of superstar comic artists like Erik Larsen, Rob Liefeld, Butch Guice, Angel Medina and many other talented artists over the years. Megaton was where you would find early appearances of Larsen’s Savage Dragon and Liefeld’s Youngblood who would both soon move on to greener pastures and more lucrative careers at the ”Big Two” of DC and Marvel Comics!
