NEWS WATCH: A-1 Comics robbed of Domino and Deadpool’s First Appearance

Last week Comic Watch reported that Mile High Comics in Denver, Colorado was burglarized, we are sad to report that yet another Comic Shop has been hit. A-1 Comics in Folsom, California also has a thief on their hands. A-1 comics recently revealed that New Mutants #98 was stolen. New Mutants also marks the first appearance of Domino and Deadpool.

There appears to be no connection between the robberies. A-1 did not mention any other artifacts were stolen outside of the high-grade New Mutants #98. New Mutant 98 was written by Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicieza, Art was done by Rob Liefeld. An interesting take away from this issue being stolen; Rob has a current miniseries, Major X.
