Archie vs Predator…again…how? Revealed today in an exclusive report in THR The alien hunters’ return to Riverdale was announced earlier today by Archie Comics co-president Alex Segura through the Hollywood Reporter. The follow-up to the highly successful and award-winning campy crossover promises to pick up where the first crossover left off. Which may have fans asking, how? In due time this new tale, which sees de Campi returning for writing duties, and Robert Hack (Judge Dredd, Doctor Who) will answer all of those questions. When asked how she felt about returning to the franchise she said “I think as anyone who read the first AvP knows, I’m a huge fan of both franchises, and it’s massively important to me that both Archie and Predator fans feel like I’m handling their babies with love and respect and knowledge”. Issue 1 will hit shelves on July 24 and will feature five variant covers by artists by Rick Burchett and Rosario “Tito” Peña, Derek Charm, Francesco Francavilla, Dan Parent and Billy Tucci with Wes Hartman.
