Kodansha continues the trend of reviving classic manga for a new generation by making them available digitally. Recently, Kodansha announced the March 2022 new manga releases, but now we have a classic Shojo romance manga making its way into the fandom.
Kodansha USA Publishing recently announced that the classic Shojo series, The Wallflower by the creator Tomoko Hayakawa will be debuting digitally on April 12. After the official launch, all 36 volumes will be available to purchase across all the digital vendors: Kindle, Bookwalker, Apple Books, Nook, izneo, MyAnimeList, and Google Play.
If you’re in a mood to purchase manga on Kodansha, be on the lookout for Wallflower pre-orders, or else they might get out of stock.
Synopsis of The Wallflower:
In a gorgeous and spacious mansion, four fifteen-year-old friends with handsome features are living without cost. However, there is a condition—within three years, they must transform the owner’s niece into a lady who can rule the palace. I mean, how hard can it be with the combined effort? When Sunako Nakahara, a fashion-illiterate girl, joins the fray, everything seems impossible. Now this mission needs more than the four heroes and a miracle.
