SUPERMAN: SON OF KAL-EL set to release this July from DC Comics
In an exclusive announcement from THR today, DC Comics has revealed that writer Tom Taylor and artist John Timms are set to deliver a new Man of Steel series replacing the current Superman title called Superman: Son of Kal-El.
On July 13th, the first issue of Superman: Son of Kal-El will release featuring none other than Jonathan Kent tasked with protecting Earth as the “new” Superman. With Clark Kent still fighting for Warworld it’s time for Earth to gain a new protector and Jon has been undergoing training for quite a while now to get him ready for this role.
It’s a bird. It’s a plane. No, it’s a writer completely freaking out.
