In a statement earlier today as reported by NEWSRAMA, DC announced starting on Tuesday, April 28 new books will be on the shelves of comic stores that are still operating, but fear not. If your shop is closed these books will be available electronically. Below are the titles being released:

According to reports DC is doing this outside of using Diamond at this point who in reports earlier today are only looking at starting up distribution in May. The new distributors are Lunar Distribution and DCS Comic Distribution with Lunar handling the west part of the US and UCS the east. Which dealers who are operating can sign up with according to reports.
This is an unprecedented move by DC and may well be paving the way for an end to the monopoly Diamond has held on comics distribution for so long.
