Chimichangas and symbiotes and mutants, oh my! This November will see a wide range of books coming from Marvel, that will no doubt appeal to just about everyone. Leading the pack is a new ongoing Deadpool series written by Kelly Thompson (Mr. and Mrs. X) with Chris Bachalo (Amazing Spider-Man) doing art and covers.
When the monsters set up their new kingdom on the magical land of Staten Island, Deadpool’s mission is to return control back to the people! Will Deadpool use his smooth charisma or deft diplomacy? Or will Wade just skip right to regicide?
Not to be out-done and take all of the publicity, also getting a new series is famed vampire, Michael Morbius. This news comes months ahead of the Jared Leto film. Heading up Morbius is Vita Ayala (Wonder Woman) writing, with art by Marcelo Ferreira (The Punisher) and Ryan Brown (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) doing the covers.
Michael Morbius has been cursed to exist as a Living Vampire! But what if in attempting to cure himself, he becomes something more…something worse. What monster will Morbius become now?
