Almost a month ago it was announced that the “Snyder Cut” of Justice League would appear on HBOMAX next year.
The movement to release the “Snyder Cut” followed the poor performance of the film after Snyder stepped away to attend to personal matters. Following last month’s announcement, the first 34-second teaser was revealed by The Hollywood Reporter today.
The teaser features Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) discovering a mural depicting Darkseid and a Motherbox, while a voiceover using Luthor’s (Jesse Eisenberg) dialogue from the end of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), to issue a warning that a grave threat was coming to earth. The threat, confirmed by Snyder is of course Darkseid, the ruler of Apokolips who makes his appearance of Snyder’s cut of Justice League.
