30 years ago, Jim Lee teamed with writer Chris Claremont and inker Scott Williams to launch an all-new, all-different X-Men. The result, the classic 1990s “Blue Team” whose look defined the attitude of the X-Men brand for a generation. His dynamic artwork has had a lasting on the comics industry, thanks to his legions of fans and the artists who have been inspired by and emulated him. In a career filled with highlights, this work on X-Men is arguably his most popular and enduring contribution.
This Artist’s Edition format reproduces Jim Lee’s original artwork in its original size, meticulously scanned to preserve every minute detail and subtle nuance of the superstar illustrator’s skill.
