This is the third Kickstarter for IGNITION, the creator-owned series, by Shawn Pryor, which is part Fast & Furious. part Transporter, and a total adrenaline rush. Pryor is the creator and co-writer of the all-ages graphic novel mystery series CASH & CARRIE, the 2019 GLYPH Nominated football/drama series FORCE, and other works such as KENTUCKY KAIJU and THE FIRE WITHIN. He has also written stories for Mike Norton’s BATTLEPUG and Tee Franklin’s BINGO LOVE: JACKPOT EDITION published by Image Comics.
For the project Shawn is joined by Jenna Lyn Wright, a screenwriter of horror, science fiction, action-adventure, and author of urban and dark fantasy; K. Guillory, a comic artist and recipient of the Joe Schuster Gene Day award for her work in Wayward Sisters and nominated for an Ignatz Award for the same anthology in 2019; colorist Christina Poag know for her fantastic coloring work on the hit-comic LIVING HEROES, and has creator-owned comics such as GARDENIA and ESCAPE ARTIST; and illustrator/designer
