News on Season 6!
It’s still a long ways off till Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns next summer but we have two pieces of news. First is that Clark Gregg will be back…as a director! He will be directing at least one episode next season but as far as whether his character Phil Coulson will be back that hasn’t been revealed.
The other piece of news is that Jeff Ward has been promoted to series regular as Deke. Although grandpa Fitz died in last season’s finale, it looked like the team was getting ready to go off and find Fit’z other body which is floating around in a pod in space. There has been no word on when or if Fitz will be back for season 6 but the chances seem likely.
