In news announced earlier from The Hollywood Reporter, Rio de Janeiro Mayor Marcelo Crivella has put a ban on the collected version of Avengers: The Children’s Crusade; the coming of age tale of Billy Kaplan aka Wiccan who finds himself fighting the likes of the X-Men and the Avengers. The panel in question has Wiccan and Hulkling embracing in a kiss (fully clothed), however, the mayor stated “Books like this need to be wrapped in black sealed plastic with a content warning displayed on the outside.” Also stating he believes by doing this he’s “protecting the minors of our city.” With that being said, head on over to The Hollywood Reporter and check out the full article, and as always make sure your browsers are pointed to Comic-Watch for all your comic news and reviews.

I remember stealing my older brother's copy of a Punisher comic and it was all down hill from there. I went to a Navy recruiter's office with the promise of cake. I was lied to and 20 years later here I am. I enjoy summers off with my family at our timeshare on Gallifrey.
