FREE COMIC BOOK DAY is this Saturday, May 7, 2022
Yes! free comics with a few stipulations as different shops have policies on how many free comics you can receive. Check with your retailer for their policies and plans for FCBD.
First held in 2002, Free Comic Book Day. has, over the years, grown to include thousands of shops around the world and seen millions of free comic books have been given to interested readers.
Shops will be giving away special comics for the event usually positioned in an accessible manner and carrying the Free Comic Book Day banner- you cannot simply take any comic book from the rack.
Please remember that shop owners must pay for the comics so be sure to drop some money on new comics, old comics, or other items that they are selling.

DC COMICS:
DARK CRISIS #0 FCBD SPECIAL EDITION
CRISIS… a word that in the DC Comics UNiverse that recalls some of the greatest stories in the publisher’s history.
The ancient destructive force called the Great Darkness, first appearing in Swamp Thing by Alan Moore and Stan Woch, is the weapon Pariah will wield as he paves a path to rebirth and vengeance. The book will include seven Marvel’s Voices stories, spotlighting creators and characters from different cultures, communities, and identities.

FCBD 2022 JONNA AND THE UNPOSSIBLE MONSTERS
Rainbow has been searching for her sister, Jonna, for a year. The last time she saw Jonna was also the first time she saw one of the monsters that now roam the planet. Though there isn’t much hope for survival out in the wild, Rainbow knows that her sister is out there somewhere-and she’ll do anything to find her.
