Zachary Levi who starred in 2019 DC Shazam movie announced on Twitter that he will not be attending the 2019 San Diego Comic-Con. He did not mention why he was not attending but did mention that this will be the first SDCC that he has missed in over a decade. 12 years to be exact.
Levi played Shazam in this year’s DC Blockbuster which released on April 5th, 2019. Box Office numbers were 364.2 million, the budget was 100 million. Box office numbers; Shazam did make more than DC/WB 2017 blockbuster which only brought in 229 million domestic numbers.
Speaking of Movies: Joker is scheduled for October 10th, 2019 followed by Birds of Prey February 7th, 2020, Wonder Woman 84 June 5th, 2020, The Batman on June 25th of 2021, The Suicide Squad on August 6th, 2021, and finally Aquaman 2 December 16th, 2022. All dates and movies are subject to change.
