As Tom King, Mitch Gerads, and Evan “Doc” Shaner’s Strange Adventures continues following the June release of issue #2, the third installment of the twelve-issue maxiseries releasing July, 14, ramps up the stoy’s mystery and excitement.
What began as after the DC Universe’s cosmic adventurer being accused of murder and his whole record as a soldier a questioned, Adam Strange, the man of two worlds, turned to Batman for help clearing his name. When Batman recuses himself, he does suggest someone else who would ensure that the investigation would be truly impartial. Enter Michael Holt, aka Mister Terrific.
While having Mister Terrific, the man for whom “Fair Play” is a credo to live by, is on the case, Adam should be careful what he wishes for as his life is about to be turned upside down. Like the time he had to prove himself in Rann’s gladiatorial arena, this could be one of the most significant tests he has ever faced.
