Could the Xenomorphs find a new home on TV? A new series set alongside the Alien films and Predator crossover films is reportedly being considered by Fox.
In what could be potentially great news for fans of the Alien franchise, Omega Underground is reporting that Fox is considering a television show based on all of the Alien films as well as the Predator crossover films.
According to the rumor, the only problem so far is whether the series would land on FX or go to a streaming platform. While there are no other concrete details, there could potentially be an announcement during next year’s Alien day, celebrating the franchise’s 40th anniversary.
Could we get a Colonial Marine series? Or maybe even more story on the Engineers introduced recently by Ridley Scott in the prequels? Regardless, the franchise has a lot of potential remaining and this could be just what it needs!
