A new one-shot swings from Marvel Unlimited to print in the form of Spine-Tingling Spider-Man. The series, from writer Saladin Ahmed and artist Juan Ferreyra, debuted on Marvel’s digital platform in 2021. Now, it will find its ways to shelves in Spine-Tingling Spider-Man #0 this September, collecting the entire story of Spider-Man’s battle with the new villain, Sleep-Stealer. The new foe attacked by invading Spider-Man and Peter Parker’s dreams, twisting them into nightmares.
In the press release, Ahmed stated:
“SPINE-TINGLING SPIDER-MAN is one of the coolest projects I’ve ever worked on and I’m thrilled it’s coming to print! We’re putting Peter through a grueling horror movie grinder, and that resilient spirit of his will be tested like never before! I tapped into some darkness writing this, but the real star here is Juan’s mind-blowing, visionary work – which is genuinely some of the best Spider-art I’ve ever seen.”
