The man, who became famous for losing his V-Card at prom in the movie American Pie, has been cast as murdering cult leader David Hersch AKA Cicada.
Season 5 Flash has a new bad guy Chris Klein who is most famous for playing Oz in three American Pie Movies, and 2nd LT Jack Geoghegan in We Were Soldiers. Chris will be playing David Hersch aka Cicada.
Hersch murder his wife who became overwhelmed with guilt attempted to take his own life. During his attempt, Hersch was struck by lightning., which gave him the power to absorb the life force of others which allows him to extend his own life-span. Hersch cult is dedicated to murder everyone that Flash has saved.
It is unclear if Flash TV show will coincide with comic book history or not, but we will find out on Season 5 flash set to air October 9th on the CW.
