Marvel continues its rollout of the new cosmic pantheon with yet another look at G.O.D.S., the new ongoing series from Jonathan Hickman and Valerio Schiti. Launching this October, the series is described as Marvel’s attempt to bring Sandman to the House of Ideas, intersecting the massive scope of its cosmology with a street level approach.
As previously revealed, the book’s plot will follow a series of characters who find themselves in a timeless conflict between the mystically leaning The-Powers-That-Be and the scientific The-Natural-Order-Of-Things. Instead of an avatar representing one side or the other, Mia finds herself at the crossroads of both with a talent for magic and an air of mystery for science.
Along with a trading card featuring Schiti’s design for the character, Marvel has also shared two preview pages featuring Marte Gracia’s colors from the book:
