Skybound, Image & Hasbro Share First Look at the New Superion in Transformers #36

Skybound and Image Comics, in collaboration with Hasbro, a leading games, IP and toy company,?shared a first look at Transformers #36, the story arc finale of the?two-time Eisner Award winning series?from the creative team of?writer Robert Kirkman (Invincible, Void Rivals), artist?Jason Howard?(The Astounding Wolf-Man), colorist?Mike Spicer (Stillwater), and letterer Rus Wooton (Void Rivals). Don’t miss the conclusion of the current story arc in Transformers #36, available in comic book shops on September 9, 2026.

That’s right! In a move no one could have predicted, Thundercracker takes his place among the Aerialbots! They assemble just in time to… wait… what’s that sound? Could it be?

In addition to the main?cover by artist?David Nakayama, the lineup of variant covers for?Transformers #36 includes an open-to-order cover B by?Daniel Warren Johnson?&?Mike Spicer, an open-to-order cover C by?Jason Howard & Annalisa Leoni, a 1:25 incentive variant by?Ito, and a 1:50 incentive variant by Homare.
