This is NOT Harley Quinn
She looks like Sailor Moon cosplaying her version of Harley?and the writing is even worse. Let female villains be villains and for the love of God either put Harley’s red/black dip dye back already. Or at least go back to plain blonde. It’s so unappealing and clashes with all her red/black outfits.
